In 1998, Patrick and his brother, Bob, founded Grove Street Auto Repair with a commitment to deliver exceptional customer service and auto repairs in the Franklin area.     What vehicles do you work on?

    Do you handle complex repairs such as transmission issues and electrical problems?

    Yes, we have the equipment and professionally trained technicians to work on complex vehicle issues. This is our specialty, we fix things other shops can't.

    What does your warranty cover?

    Our 36 month / 36,000 mile warranty covers parts and labor. We pride ourselves in not having to use our warranty often if at all but we want to make sure if a part fails, you are covered and we'll address the issue immediately.

    What is your diagnostic process?

    Our process is straight forward. When your vehicles arrives, it will be properly diagnosed. Even if you're in for a second opinion from another shop, we have to do a diagnostic on every vehicle prior to working on it. We need to understand what the issue is and properly identify the root cause of the issue. Often times we find issues other shops can't. For example, you may think you have a bad alternator but it could be a more serious electrical issue that is draining your battery, not a faulty alternator.

    Can you work on my vehicle as well as the dealership?

    Yes. We have professionally trained technicians and have the same factory scan and diagnostic tools the dealerships use.
